JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a skilled engineer to join our DevOps team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about implementing DevOps and IaC methodologies to streamline software development, deployment, and operations processes. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure (hybrid), continuous integration and delivery pipelines, and monitoring systems. You will also work closely with our software development teams to ensure that our systems are highly available, scalable and secure.

REQUIRED SKILLS

4+ years of experience and strong knowledge of Linux operating system and Git SCM

Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python or Groovy

Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible

Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines

Experience with containerization and container orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Helm

PREFERRED SKILLS

Experience with serverless computing and microservices architecture

Experience with agile software development methodologies

Experience with GitOps methodologies and tools

Experience with On-Premises Kubernetes clusters deployment, management and troubleshooting

Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP

Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana and ELK stack

Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ/Kafka, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch

Experience with Nginx/HAProxy/Varnish

Experience with SonarQube

Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols

Knowledge of security best practices in cloud computing

Contributions to open-source projects or participation in tech communities

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field

2+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer or similar role

Good command of English language

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Strong desire to learn and continuously improve

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines

Collaborate with developers to ensure software is built, tested, and deployed efficiently

Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure systems using infrastructure-as-code tools

Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to ensure that issues are detected and addressed quickly

Continuously improve infrastructure and processes to optimize for efficiency and cost

Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure uptime and availability of systems

Implement and maintain security best practices in all aspects of our infrastructure

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps and cloud infrastructure
